Digital Citizenship is a fast growing subject-field and at the forefront of COP agenda through out national governments in Africa.

Essentially Acopea, in collaboration with partnering institutions, provides technical assistance and advisory services directed at supporting Countries to develop among others: Educational resources, Hotlines response mechanisms, share COP knowledge and best practices.

AfricaDoYouKnow(ADUK) is an excellent education programme developed by Acopea Centre, which delivers online safety messages to young people, their parents, educators and governments across Africa. The ADUK programme uses innovative materials, aimed at empowering young people and those with a duty of care, to make well informed choices when using digital technologies, mobile and the internet. T

he materials include films, leaflets, posters and a website, which focus on three key themes; how to have fun online, how to stay in control online and how to report. Acopea offers companies and organizations opportunities to sponsor specific Awareness and Education materials as well as Acopea events through out Africa and international. ADUK is to serve Africa's billion strong citizens and visibility is guaranteed.
